This weekend, we celebrated a huge milestone—Ten

This weekend, we celebrated a huge milestone—Tenor’s 4th birthday! 🎉 Watching him grow and blossom into such a joyful, curious little soul has been one of the greatest blessings in my life. To mark the occasion, we threw a party filled with everything Tenor loves—there was an exciting bounce house obstacle course, bubbles that filled the air, endless snacks, pizza, and, of course, cupcakes! The day was overflowing with fun and laughter, surrounded by family and friends who came to shower him with love.

But the best part of the day? Tenor finally received the one gift he had been asking for for weeks—a trumpet! His face lit up with pure joy as he opened it, and I couldn’t help but smile watching how much this small moment meant to him. Later that night, he even fell asleep with his new trumpet by his side, as if he couldn’t bear to part with it.

As I reflect on the day, I’m just so grateful for these moments and the chance to create memories with my sweet boy. It’s in these small, tender moments that I’m reminded of how precious childhood is and how quickly the years fly by.

I whipped up some yummy vegan protein waffles this morning! 🧇🌱 My kids absolutely love this recipe, and it’s perfect for breakfast, lunch, or even dinner. Packed with plant-based protein and all the good stuff, these waffles come out fluffy every time! 😋🍓

Recipe:
✨ 1 1/4 cups self-rising flour
✨ 2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder
✨ 2 tablespoons organic sugar
✨ 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
✨ 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
✨ 1/4 teaspoon fine pink Himalayan salt
✨ 1 to 1 1/4 cups plant-based milk
✨ 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
✨ 1 tablespoon neutral oil (avocado or grapeseed)
✨ 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
✨ 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon (optional)
*Makes about 8 waffles or pancakes
